As a Specialist Executive Gemmologist, Mags works with professionals from a variety of sectors including Education, Pharmaceuticals, Medicine, Sales and Service industries as well as non profit organisations.
During her 20 years experience, Mags has helped coach customers and clients to deal with; interpersonal conflict, regaining positive self belief, overcoming insecurities affecting work and life, organisational change and redundancies; while also helping already successful executives stay on top of their game.
It is here, coaching executives and leaders who need to hit bottom line targets and margins in public and private companies, that Mags really shines; able as she is, to draw on her extensive experience earned during a successful, award winning career in corporate sales and management.
As a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and an Associate member of the European Coaching Institute (ECI), member of Australia and New Zealand Coaching (ANZI) and National Speakers Association Australia (NSAA), Mags is constantly updating her own skills, to enable her to bring the latest developments to her clients. Mags is also a Founding member of High Ideals an organisation dedication to high standards in business as well as a Founding member of Business Swap (Gold Coast).
Mags holds a coaching qualification from Strathclyde University (CPD in Performance Coaching) and has worked under the supervision of the late great David Grove, the creator of 'Clean Language' theory, on his new 'Emergent Knowledge Solution'.
She lives on the Gold Coast in Australia, with the love of her life, Paul. She enjoys watching sports, travelling, jet skiing, sailing, eating & drinking with friends and family when they visit.
